These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NexOTP. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Using NexOTP
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including API key usage. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Wallet and payments
Wallet top-ups and number purchases are deducted from your account balance as described on the Pricing page. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase.
Service availability
We aim to keep NexOTP available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or third-party provider issues may occasionally affect availability.
API usage
API keys are personal to your account and subject to the rate limits shown in your API Keys settings. Keys should be kept confidential and can be revoked at any time.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NexOTP after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
